Shipping and Deliveries

What are the shipping times?

All my jewelry is prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Italy: 2-5 working days with GLS courier
Europe: 5-10 working days with DHL or UPS
USA and rest of the world: 7-15 business days with DHL or UPS

Which couriers do you use?

I use reliable couriers with tracking included: GLS for Italy, DHL and UPS for international shipments.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Do I have to pay customs duties for my order?

For orders to Italy and the EU: No, there are no customs duties.

For orders outside the EU (USA, UK, Switzerland, etc.): Customs duties, import taxes, and courier clearance fees may apply. These costs are always paid by the recipient and are collected directly by the courier upon delivery.

How much duty do I have to pay?

The amount of duties varies depending on the destination country and the order value. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations beforehand.

What happens if I don't pay customs duties?

If customs fees are not paid, the package will be returned to the sender and the order cannot be refunded.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. For more information, please see our Refund Policy .

Are shipping costs refunded?

Initial shipping costs are not refunded in case of change of mind.

Exception: If the product arrives damaged or not as described, the shipping costs will be refunded in full. In this case, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged product or the problem you encountered.

What should I do if the product arrives damaged?

Please contact me immediately via email with photos of the damaged product and packaging. I will issue a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
