My name is Evelyn, and I am the owner of Ebbijoux, my handmade jewelry shop.

I personally handle the creation, online sales, and shipping of every piece.

I do my best to describe each jewelry piece accurately, but colors, size, or appearance may slightly vary from the photos.

I cannot guarantee that a product will exactly match the customer’s personal expectations.

Orders are accepted through my website.

An order is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Any errors in the order must be reported immediately; once confirmed, modifications may not always be possible.

Products are shipped through reliable couriers, but delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Each customer is responsible for checking possible customs fees in their own country.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to the sender, no refund will be issued.

Return requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, intact and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
A refund (excluding original shipping costs) or an exchange for another item of equal value may be requested, paying any price difference if applicable.
Returns due to incorrect or defective items are covered by me.

Personal data are used exclusively to process orders, shipments, and communications related to the services offered.

I do not share personal data with third parties, except for shipping purposes or legal obligations.
