I personally manage this website, including its content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a smooth shopping experience. Ebbijoux is powered by Shopify, which enables me to provide these services.


These Terms of Service outline your rights and responsibilities when using my shop and services. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and limitations of liability. I make every effort to accurately present my jewelry and services, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. Product descriptions may change without notice, and I reserve the right to suspend or limit product availability at any time.


I cannot guarantee that the appearance or quality of products you purchase will meet your expectations or exactly match descriptions or images on my site. All product descriptions are subject to change at my discretion. I reserve the right to suspend any product or limit quantities for any individual, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

 

Section 3 – Orders

 

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. I may accept or reject your order at my discretion. Please review your order carefully, as I may not be able to cancel it after acceptance.


Orders are only processed after payment is received. In case of rejection, modification, or cancellation, I will notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided.


Your purchases are subject to returns or exchanges only in accordance with my [Refund Policy] [LINK]. You warrant that your purchases are for personal or family use and not for resale or export.

 

Section 4 – Pricing and Billing

 

Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one at the time of order confirmation. Prices generally do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or import fees.


Promotions may be subject to separate terms. In case of conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, promotion terms prevail.


You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information, and to promptly update account and payment details as necessary. You also warrant that the payment method is authorized and will cover the charges.

TAX INFORMATION: Prices listed on the website exclude VAT. We operate under a flat-rate tax regime pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 54-89, of Law No. 190/2014 and therefore do not charge VAT. Invoices issued will contain the wording required by current legislation.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

 

All jewelry is prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days of order. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination:

 

  • Italy: 2–5 business days (GLS)

  • Europe: 5–10 business days (Registered Mail or DHL option)

  • USA & Worldwide: 7–15 business days (Registered Mail or DHL option)

 

These are estimates. Delays due to courier, customs, or causes beyond my control are not my responsibility.


Shipments are made via reliable carriers with tracking. Responsibility and risk pass to you once the package is handed to the courier. Verify delivery and report issues immediately.


Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or local fees, which are also the customer’s responsibility. Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.


All jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

 

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

 

All content in the shop, including images, text, and designs, is owned by me or my licensors. You may not use it without written permission.


These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.


Trademarks, logos, product names, and slogans of Ebbijoux are owned by Ebbijoux or its affiliates. Use without written consent is prohibited. Shopify and its trademarks remain the property of Shopify.

You may access optional third-party tools that I do not control. These are provided “as is” without warranties. You assume all risk for use and must comply with third-party terms.


Future features or tools are considered part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

Ebbijoux is powered by Shopify. Sales occur directly between you and Ebbijoux. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases. You release Shopify and affiliates from all claims or liabilities related to your transactions.
