Returns & Refunds Policy – Ebbijoux
Tax Information
All prices on our website are VAT-exclusive. Ebbijoux operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime (art. 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law no. 190/2014) and therefore does not charge VAT. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid, with no VAT applied.
Return Conditions
If an item matches its description and arrives in perfect condition, but you wish to return it due to a change of mind or ordering error, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, Ebbijoux will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned in its original condition; any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item will be your responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Available Options
- Refund – A refund will be issued for the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchange – You may exchange the item for another of equal value, or choose a higher-value item by paying the difference.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or cancel an order, log in to your customer account and follow the guided process in the Orders section. Alternatively, you can contact me at ebbijoux@icloud.com. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled, directly from the Orders section of your customer account. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — however, you may initiate a return.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately — within 48 hours of delivery — if you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item. This allows me to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, made-to-order, or clearly personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under art. 59(1)(c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code). These items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defects or non-conformity.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without providing justification. This deadline is automatically extended if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
