Returns and Refunds Policy – Ebbijoux

Tax Information

The prices listed on our website exclude VAT. Ebbijoux operates under a flat-rate tax regime pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 54-89, of Law No. 190/2014 and therefore does not charge VAT. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid, excluding VAT.

If the item matches its description and is not defective, but the customer wishes to return it for personal reasons or due to an ordering mistake, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

In case of incorrect or damaged items, Ebbijoux will cover the return shipping costs.


The customer must return the item within 14 days of delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping costs and to ensure that the item is returned in its original condition.

Any loss in value will be charged to the customer, as agreed with the seller.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact Ebbijoux within 14 days of purchase.

You may choose one of the following options:

  1. Refund – the jewelry item will be refunded, but the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Exchange – the customer may exchange the product for another item of equal value, or choose an item of higher value by paying the price difference.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

This allows me to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact me before purchasing.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

14-day return period for the European Union

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you to confirm whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
