All my jewelry pieces are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times depend on the courier and destination. Estimated delivery times are:

 

• Italy: 2–5 business days with GLS courier

• Europe: 5–10 business days with registered postal mail (or DHL courier upon request)

• USA and Worldwide: 7–15 business days with registered postal mail (or DHL courier upon request)

 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays caused by the courier, customs, or other circumstances beyond my control cannot be attributed to me.

2. Couriers and Shipping Methods

 

Shipments are made using reliable tracked couriers.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the responsibility and risk pass to you.

Please check your package upon delivery and report any issues immediately to both the courier and me.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer unless otherwise stated in specific promotions.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply — these are always the customer’s responsibility.

Each customer must check the potential customs fees applicable in their own country before placing an order.

Orders returned to the sender due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.

If you decide not to pay customs duties or import taxes required by your country, your order will not be refunded.
